Central Desert Training Pty Ltd was established in 2004 to develop, coordinate and deliver specialist-training services to Central Australians. The business focuses on training for Indigenous adults from both remote and urban communities who are commencing employment in the mainstream workforce. Training provided has included intensive pre-employment programs for the Australian Government Department of Defence, the Mining Industry, the Horticulture and Construction industries, Literacy and Numeracy training and support, specialist Information Technology training as well as mentor training and co-ordination services.
