We’re a small company and therefore have a small case load built on integrity, passion and a love of achieving great outcomes for our participants. We like to provide personalised services that are strengths based and solutions focused.
Professionally, Amy has over 20 years of experience working in human services. Amy was a Local Support Coordinator with Ageing, Disability and Home care before the NDIS rolled out!
Amy has been working alongside a diverse range of people since, in both the public and private sector. As a Social Worker, Amy’s professional values lean strongly to social justice and anti -oppressive practices with a trauma informed lens.
Specialist Support Coordination is a NDIS funded support that assists people to get the most out of their NDIS packages. As a qualified specialist, Amy will explore options and recommend where and how to access relevant supports, connecting you with providers that you can choose to be in your circle of supports. We want you to be at the centre of all that happens so you can live your best life.
Amy can only accept referrals based on capacity and for participants with complex needs, or Level 3 Support Coordination. Amy has a particular interest in supporting people who are impacted by the justice and mental health care systems.
